It has passed a quarter century since I should be the Lawyer on the Street. As a first step, in almost past 20 years, I have been working as the Immigration Lawyer concentrating for the people who will work in Japan from overseas. I have herewith achieved to obtain the license to work as the Judicial Scrivner as second phase who helps not only the person from overseas but also for the Japanese i.e. private person as well as corporation.
Administrative Lawyers Corporation Office F (hereinafter Lawyers Corporation) who has two (2) registered Administrative Lawyers and one (1) office-staff have been assigned by mainly corporative clients for the immigration procedure at the Regional Immigration Bureau of the Immigration Services Agency in Japan. While International Registration Lawyer Office F which has a private Lawyer alone will have the work field of 1) mainly for Inheritance Registration, 2) real-estate registration based on Buying / Selling, 3) Incorporation registration such as the establishment of companies as well as 4) document prepartion such as Complaint at the judgement. Frankly speaking, both above should be merely ‘scrivner’ but Administrative Lawyer who will work for administrative procedure in general is different from Judicial Scrivner that has a proxy right for the procedure for the court i.e. registration authority once belongs to the court, in each historical background and each field of work. Word of ‘International’ in the office name of Registration Lawyer Office F implies the capability of communicastion in English.
